I. Please send the following information using this 
1. Name of the tour (Regular tour, Premium tour, one-act show tour or Private tour)
2. Your requested date, the name of the theatre and show/act 
3. Ticket grade (If your request is Regular tour, Premium tour or Private tour)

4. Number of seats

5. Your accomodation booking document including   

　-Name of your hotel/accomodation 

   -Your name 
　-Check-n and check-out dates

II. I will inform you via email the availability of your requested date and show.

 

III. Please send me your confirmation via email 

 

IV. Further information via email

   I will send yoou:

  ・My cell phone number

  ・Map of our meeting place

  ・A photo of your tickets

  ・The English summaries of the programs

 ★Payment details★
 Unfortunately I am unable to accept payment by credit or debit card as  I am a private guide. The cash payment on the day of the tour is appreciated.

 For your peace of your mind and to avoid your having to bring a large amount in cash, if you would like, I can take you to a nearby ATM at the end of the tour. 

 ★Please note★
From step III your tickets will be reserved for you and therefore have to be paid for, even if you don't show.
The tickets are nonrefundable. Please refrain from cancellation or changing your schedule after I have purchased your tickets.
